Overview

Rico Aviation is seeking a fixed-wing pilot in command for aeromedical work from Amarillo, initially operating the King Air BE200GT with a possible future Citation upgrade. Strong single-pilot IFR competence and a defined total-time minimum are mandatory, while EMS, Part 135, King Air and turbine backgrounds receive preference.

- Serve as pilot in command of the King Air BE200GT on aeromedical missions.
- Coordinate operational decisions with medical crew members.

- Deliver safe, professional and punctual service in a demanding environment.

Requirements

  • Have passed the ATP written examination.
  • Hold a current Second Class medical certificate.
  • Have at least 2,000 hours of total flight time.
  • Demonstrate strong single-pilot IFR skills.
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height.
  • Previous EMS or Part 135 experience is preferred.
  • An ATP certificate, BE200, Pro Line 21 and turbine experience are preferred.
