Overview

EASP Air is recruiting Dornier 328 captains for specialised flying that can include maritime patrol, surveillance, search and rescue, low-level missions, and air drops. Crews may work from remote locations in small teams and travel frequently, so operational flexibility is important. Captain applicants need a current European airline transport licence and medical certificate, relevant twin-engine turbine command experience, operational English, and the ability to secure the required background clearance. A current Dornier qualification is welcome, although the employer also considers pilots willing to complete conversion training.

Responsibilities

- Command Dornier 328 flights for maritime patrol and surveillance missions.
- Support search-and-rescue, low-level, and air-drop operations as assigned.
- Work effectively in small crews and from remote operating locations.
- Travel as required for specialised mission deployments.

Requirements

  • Hold a current EASA ATPL(A) and valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Have at least 1,500 total flight hours.
  • Have at least 500 PIC hours on twin-engine turbine aircraft.
  • Hold a Dornier 328 type rating or be willing to complete conversion training.
  • Be an EU citizen or resident with appropriate work rights.
  • Demonstrate ICAO English Level 6.
  • Be able to obtain the required security clearance within three months.
  • Maritime, surveillance, low-level, or military experience is preferred.
