Overview
Gold Aviation is recruiting a Praetor pilot in command for its Fort Lauderdale business-aviation operation. The captain is expected to conduct trips safely and efficiently, comply with regulatory and company procedures, lead the crew and provide sound operational judgement and client service. The vacancy targets experienced fixed-wing and turbine pilots holding an FAA multi-engine airline transport certificate and current First-Class medical. It also asks for an FCC permit, international experience and the stated total and command minima. The employer may provide the EMB-550 type qualification to a selected candidate.
Responsibilities
- Command assigned flights safely and efficiently.

Requirements
- Have at least 4,000 hours of total flight time.
- Have at least 1,000 turbine hours.
- Have at least 1,000 hours as PIC.
- Have at least 2,000 hours on fixed-wing aircraft.
- Hold an FAA ATP with multi-engine privileges.
- Hold a current FAA First-Class medical certificate.
- Hold an FCC radio permit.
- Have international operating experience.
- Hold a Praetor EMB-550 type rating or be eligible for company-sponsored qualification.
