Overview
interCaribbean Airways is hiring Embraer E170-qualified Captains for its expanding regional network from Providenciales. The position supports passenger operations across the Caribbean and requires substantial command, multicrew, multiengine, and type experience. Candidates must hold current professional licences, medical and instrument qualifications, and strong operational English. The selection process includes technical, crew-coordination, procedural, and language assessments. Regional airline, Latin American, modern flight-deck, and audited-airline experience receive preference. Requirements
- Hold a valid ATPL.
- Hold a current EMB-170/190 type rating and instrument rating.
- Hold a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Demonstrate ICAO English proficiency at Level 5 or higher.
- Have at least 3,000 hours of total flight time.
- Have at least 1,000 hours on multiengine aircraft.
- Have at least 1,000 hours on multicrew aircraft.
- Have at least 1,000 PIC hours.
- Have at least 500 hours on the EMB-170/190.
- Hold a valid passport; a United States crew visa is preferred.
- Hold a licence eligible for validation by the Turks and Caicos Islands authority.
- Complete the technical, CRM/TEM, SOP and operational-English assessments.
