Overview
Jet Aviation is hiring a Global 6000 captain for an operation based in the Trenton, New Jersey area. The commander leads safe, compliant missions, prepares flight plans and aircraft documentation, oversees passenger and security briefings, and reports hazards or discrepancies. The role also requires detailed aircraft-systems knowledge and professional representation of the client and company. Applicants need an FAA airline transport certificate, current medical and substantial total, command, multi-engine and turbine experience. Appropriate type currency is valued, together with higher education and worldwide operating flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Command flights safely and in accordance with regulations and company policy.
- Prepare flight plans and maintain required trip documentation.
- Oversee security coordination and passenger briefings.
- Monitor aircraft condition and report hazards or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures.
- Represent the client and company professionally.
Requirements
- Hold an FAA ATP certificate.
- Hold a current FAA First-Class medical certificate.
- Have at least 3,500 hours of total flight time.
- Have at least 1,500 hours as PIC.
- Have at least 1,500 hours on multi-engine aircraft.
- Have at least 500 turbojet hours.
- Have at least 500 turbine hours.
- Have at least 100 night hours.
- Have at least 75 hours of simulated instrument time.
- Be available for variable schedules and worldwide travel.
- Hold a high-school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a valid driving licence.
- Appropriate type rating and currency are preferred.
- College education is preferred.
