Overview
Private Jets, Inc. is recruiting a Nextant 400XTi captain for its aircraft-management and on-demand charter operation. The salaried position offers either an eight-days-on, six-days-off pattern or a sixteen-on, twelve-off pattern, with variable daily flying and possible overnight, weekend and holiday assignments. Mandatory screening focuses on the BE-400 type rating, ATP privileges, medical fitness, travel documentation, background and drug checks, and proximity to a major airport. Requirements
- Hold a BE-400 type rating.
- Hold an Airline Transport Pilot certificate for multi-engine land aircraft.
- Hold or be able to obtain a First Class medical certificate.
- Hold a passport allowing unrestricted travel to the company's destinations.
- Be eligible for CANPASS.
- Pass a ten-year criminal-history check and pre-employment and random drug screening.
- Hold a restricted radiotelephone operator permit.
- Have no travel prohibitions.
- Live within two hours of a major airport.
- Prior Nextant 400XTi and Part 135 experience is preferred.
- The employer recommends 3,000 total hours and 1,000 turbine hours.
