Overview
Challenge Group is hiring a Boeing 777 first officer for widebody cargo operations. The role covers pre-flight preparation, active monitoring of aircraft systems, weather, position and surrounding traffic, and clear communication with air traffic control. The first officer supports changes to the flight plan when operating conditions require them and completes the operational reports associated with each trip. Applicants need current European licensing and medical documents, suitable English proficiency and substantial experience on CS-25 transport aircraft. Recent Boeing experience is preferred, but the published flight-time threshold is specific to large certified aircraft rather than total career time.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned pre-flight checks and flight-deck preparation.
- Maintain clear communication with air traffic control.
- Monitor aircraft systems, weather, position and nearby traffic.
- Support flight-plan changes when operational conditions require them.
- Prepare accurate trip and aircraft reports after flight.
Requirements
- At least 1,000 hours on aircraft certified under CS-25.
- Valid EASA ATPL or CPL.
- Current EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
- ICAO English proficiency level 4 or higher.
- Recent Boeing operating experience is preferred.
