Overview
Crown is recruiting a corporate aircraft captain for its Gulfstream operation in Ohio. The captain plans domestic and international trips, reviews weather, fuel, routes, and permissions, conducts inspections, keeps aircraft and crew records current, and coordinates maintenance or technician support. The position also includes scheduling support for part-time pilots, navigation-database upkeep, passenger transport, and recurrent checking. Candidates need an airline transport certificate, substantial total and command experience, several years of relevant work, flexible availability, and the ability to travel extensively when required.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned Gulfstream aircraft on company travel missions.
- Review fuel, weather, routes, customs, and landing permissions before departure.
- Coordinate maintenance support and assist with aircraft readiness.
- Perform required pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Maintain flight logs, crew schedules, and international documentation.
- Keep avionics and navigation data current.
- Transport company passengers safely and professionally.
- Complete annual and recurrent qualification checks.
Requirements
- Hold an airline transport pilot certificate.
- Have at least 2,000 total hours and 1,000 PIC hours.
- Have a high-school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant experience.
- Remain available for on-call and extended assignments.
- Demonstrate managerial, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Be authorised to work in the United States.
- International experience and 1,000 hours on type are preferred.
- Be prepared for travel exceeding 20 percent.
