Overview
Ethiopian Airlines is hiring expatriate Boeing 737 captains for its Addis Ababa operation. Candidates must hold a current JAA, FAA or ICAO ATPL, a current B737 type rating and a valid Class 1 medical. The experience profile requires at least 3,500 hours on jet aircraft, 2,500 PIC hours on jets and 500 command hours on the B737NG or MAX. Applicants need a proficiency check completed within the previous three months, ICAO Level 4 English or higher, a passport valid for at least two years and no aircraft accident or incident history. The maximum age is 60.
Requirements
- Be no older than 60.
- Hold a current JAA, FAA or ICAO ATPL.
- Hold a current B737 type rating.
- Hold a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Have at least 3,500 hours on jet aircraft.
- Have at least 2,500 PIC hours on jet aircraft.
- Have at least 500 command hours on the B737NG or MAX.
- Have completed a proficiency check within the previous three months.
- Hold a passport valid for at least two years.
- Have no aircraft accident or incident history.
