Overview
Ethiopian Airlines is accepting open applications from international Boeing 767 captains. The expatriate role requires current B767 command qualification, recent proficiency and substantial jet command experience. Applicants submit professional credentials directly to the airline's expatriate recruitment team, including an authenticated licence, medical certificate, logbook evidence and passport. The employer accepts several recognised ATPL jurisdictions and requires ICAO English proficiency, a clean operating history and current qualification within three months of the most recent proficiency check. Requirements
- Be no older than 60 years.
- Hold a current JAA, FAA or ICAO ATPL.
- Hold a current Boeing 767 type rating and valid Class 1 medical.
- Demonstrate ICAO English proficiency at level 4 or higher.
- Have at least 3,500 hours on jet aircraft.
- Have at least 2,500 PIC hours on jet aircraft and more than 500 command hours on the B767.
- Be current and qualified within three months of the latest proficiency check.
- Hold a passport valid for two years and have no accident or incident history.
