Overview
ExecuJet Middle East is hiring a Global 8000 first officer for a Dubai-based business-aviation operation. The role supports the pilot in command across flight preparation, aircraft documentation, regulatory compliance, crew coordination and passenger care. The first officer must verify airworthiness information, monitor navigation and terrain considerations, report defects and operational events, maintain electronic flight-bag currency and observe flight-time limitations. Candidates need a current type rating, an airline transport licence and substantial total, multi-engine, jet and type experience. Previous corporate or business-aviation exposure is required, together with strong English, basic office-software skills and the professionalism expected in a client-facing operation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the captain and passengers on schedules and aircraft defects.
- Support compliance with company manuals, procedures and registry rules.
- Verify operational paperwork and aircraft airworthiness before departure.
- Monitor navigation, terrain and other safety-critical flight information.
- Apply effective crew-resource management and complete passenger briefings.
- Report faults, incidents and operational abnormalities accurately.
- Observe flight-time limitations and required rest periods.
- Keep electronic flight-bag content synchronised and current.
Requirements
- At least 1,500 hours of total flight time.
- At least 1,000 hours on multi-engine aircraft.
- At least 500 hours on jet aircraft.
- At least 200 hours on the Global 8000 type.
- Airline Transport Pilot Licence with a current Global 8000 type rating.
- Previous corporate or business-aviation experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Basic proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
