Overview
JetSMART is recruiting Airbus A320-family first officers for Buenos Aires. The role contributes to the safe transport of passengers, crew, baggage, and cargo within the airline's operation. Applicants need an Argentine commercial pilot qualification, current medical fitness, a modest published total-time minimum, operational English, and travel documents. Multi-crew cooperation training is required for holders of the commercial licence and preferred for applicants holding the higher commercial grade. Prior A320-family study and tertiary education are advantageous, while final eligibility remains subject to licence-validation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport crew, passengers, baggage, and cargo from departure to destination.
- Exercise assigned aircraft-control duties during flight.
Requirements
- Hold a current Argentine commercial or first-class commercial pilot licence.
- Hold a valid Class 1 aviation medical certificate.
- Have at least 200 logged flight hours.
- Demonstrate ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Hold a current passport and complete required licence validation.
- Complete MCC when applying with the commercial licence; MCC is preferred for the higher licence grade.
- A United States B1/B2 visa is preferred.
- A320-family coursework and tertiary or university education are preferred.
