Overview
SkyAlps is recruiting a First Officer for scheduled domestic and international Dash 8 Q400 services. The role operates the aircraft under company procedures and regulations while supporting safety, customer service, crew coordination and continuous operational improvement. The vacancy also assigns periodic instructor and checking activity to the successful candidate and expects support for staff development. Its only quantified experience threshold is 300 hours in commercial air transport operations, not 300 hours of total flight time, so no universal total-time value is recorded.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Dash 8 Q400 under company procedures and applicable regulations.
- Periodically perform TRI training and checking duties.
- Maintain high safety, compliance and customer-service standards.
- Keep aviation regulations and operating procedures current.
- Participate in continuous operational-improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with the captain and cabin crew.
- Manage emergency situations calmly and professionally.
- Support training and development of other personnel.
Requirements
- Hold a valid EASA ATPL.
- Hold a valid European passport.
- Have at least 300 hours in commercial air transport operations.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at ICAO level 4 or higher.
- Work effectively in a team and make prompt, safety-focused decisions.
- Be available for shift work, including weekends.
