Overview
Jet2 is recruiting Boeing 737 type-rated pilots for its United Kingdom operation, including Leeds. The campaign assigns applicants to Second Officer, First Officer or Senior First Officer grades according to verified experience. A First Officer needs more than 500 hours on the Boeing 737 after line training, while the senior grade adds a total-time threshold; the lower grade uses a smaller on-type minimum. All candidates need a current UK flight-crew licence, valid Class 1 medical, current B737 qualification and the stated English proficiency. Because grade pathways differ, no single total minimum is recorded.
Requirements
- Hold a current UK flight-crew licence.
- Hold a current Boeing 737 type rating.
- Hold a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at ICAO Level 5 or higher.
- Second Officer grading requires more than 100 B737 hours after line training.
- First Officer grading requires more than 500 B737 hours after line training.
- Senior First Officer grading requires more than 2,000 total hours and at least 500 B737 hours.
