Overview
Thomson Airborne is hiring a Geophysical Survey Pilot for work that may involve the Cessna 210 and other survey aircraft. Candidates need a Commercial Pilot Licence for aeroplanes, a current low-level rating and either at least ten hours on the Cessna 210 or a retractable-undercarriage rating. Previous geophysical survey experience is desirable, while Cessna 208 experience and a Caravan rating are additional advantages. The opportunity is open to suitably qualified pilots from Australia and overseas who can bring low-level operating capability and relevant survey or utility-aircraft experience to Thomson Airborne's specialist flying programme.
Requirements
- Hold a Commercial Pilot Licence for aeroplanes.
- Hold a current low-level rating.
- Have at least ten hours on the Cessna 210 or hold a retractable-undercarriage rating.
- Previous geophysical survey experience is desirable.
- A Cessna 208 rating and experience are advantageous.
