Overview
Airshare is recruiting a fractional Phenom second-in-command for home-based duty within its eligible United States markets. The position supports private aviation clients on a structured rotation and may involve Phenom 300 or broader fractional-fleet operations as assigned. Two qualification routes are available: one for pilots with a higher fixed-wing total and another for degree-qualified active instructors with lower accumulated time. Candidates must live within the required proximity of an eligible airport and be prepared for professional, safety-focused operations and consistent service during each rotation.
Requirements
- Standard-route applicants must have at least 1,200 fixed-wing hours; 1,500 hours are preferred.
- Standard-route applicants must hold a commercial certificate with multi-engine privileges and have a degree or equivalent background.
- Instructor-route applicants must have at least 900 fixed-wing hours, a four-year degree, and an active flight instructor certificate.
- Instructor-route applicants must hold a commercial certificate with multi-engine privileges.
- Hold a valid First Class medical certificate.
- Hold an FCC radio operator permit.
- Live within one hour of an eligible operating location.
- A flight instructor qualification is preferred for standard-route applicants.
