Overview
Perdue Farms is recruiting a Phenom 300 captain for its Salisbury corporate-flight operation. The role combines safe and efficient aircraft operation with ethical leadership, customer support, regulatory compliance, stewardship of company resources and non-flying departmental duties. The captain follows company, manufacturer, FAR and international procedures while helping maintain a professional service environment. Applicants need extensive total and multi-engine experience, current medical fitness, travel documentation, an excellent regulatory record and proximity to Salisbury. An ATP, Phenom qualification and previous corporate experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently.
- Follow company, manufacturer, FAR and international operating requirements.
- Provide ethical leadership and professional customer support.
- Complete assigned non-flying departmental duties.
- Protect company resources and support continuous improvement.
- Coach colleagues and contribute to a hospitable service environment.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and experience.
- Have at least 4,000 hours of total flight time.
- Have at least 2,000 hours on multi-engine aircraft.
- Hold a current First-Class medical certificate.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Maintain an excellent FAA enforcement record.
- Live within 80 miles of Salisbury or be willing to relocate.
- Be authorised to work in the United States.
- An ATP with multi-engine privileges is preferred.
- A Phenom 300 type rating is preferred.
- Corporate-flight experience is preferred.
