Overview
Buzz is recruiting Boeing 737 captains for operations across Central and Eastern Europe, including Budapest-linked opportunities. The role is designed for current 737 commanders with substantial airline, multicrew, and command experience on larger jet aircraft. Candidates must hold European flight crew credentials, demonstrate recent command or type activity, and satisfy medical, language, age, work-right, and background conditions. Successful applicants join a high-utilisation short-haul environment that depends on standardised procedures, reliable command leadership, disciplined crew coordination, and readiness to operate throughout the airline's assigned network.
Requirements
- Hold an EASA Part-FCL licence and a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Hold a valid Boeing 737-300 through 900 type rating.
- Have at least 3,500 hours of total flight time.
- Have at least 2,000 hours on multi-engine, multicrew aircraft above 30 tonnes.
- Have at least 800 PIC hours on multi-engine, multicrew jet aircraft above 30 tonnes.
- Have at least 500 PIC hours on Boeing 737-300 through 900 aircraft.
- Have recent command or type experience within the preceding 36 months.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Have unrestricted rights to live and work in the European Union.
- Be no older than 65 and satisfy the required background checks.
