Overview
ENAC is recruiting an SFI instructor in Toulouse on a 36-month fixed-term contract beginning in January 2027. The instructor delivers theoretical and practical MCC, enhanced MCC and MPL training to French and international students, including non-French speakers. The role also contributes to the design and writing of training courses and programmes. Candidates need prior professional pilot and instructional qualifications, CS-25 aircraft exposure and substantial experience in commercial multi-pilot operations. Variable hours, including nights and weekends, and occasional travel in France or abroad are part of the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical MCC and enhanced-MCC instruction.
- Provide MPL training to French and international trainees.
- Contribute to course and programme design for the training delivered.
Requirements
- Hold, or have previously held, an EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A).
- Hold, or have previously held, an FI(A) or IRI(A) qualification.
- Hold, or have previously held, a CS-25 qualification; A320 or B737 is preferred.
- Have at least 1,500 hours in commercial multi-pilot MPA operations.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at level 4 or higher.
- Prior TRI(MPA), SFI(MPA), or ATO flight-instruction experience is advantageous.
- Accept variable working hours and occasional domestic or international travel.
