Overview
ENAC is recruiting a theoretical knowledge instructor in Toulouse on a fixed-term contract running from 1 December 2026 through 30 November 2029. The instructor teaches subjects within the airline transport pilot syllabus, supports examinations and practical learning, and helps learners progress through both classroom and self-directed study. The role also contributes to competency-based training resources, course updates, remediation, and teaching coordination. Candidates need strong aeronautical theory, the ability to teach in French and English, and either the required theoretical ATPL background or a demonstrably equivalent aviation profile.
Responsibilities
- Teach ATPL theoretical subjects and support related examinations and practical activities.
- Monitor students during self-directed learning and provide targeted guidance.
- Develop resources that support competency-based training and assessment.
- Adapt teaching methods and provide remediation when learners encounter difficulties.
- Give structured feedback and coordinate teaching activity with colleagues.
- Review and update course content as operational or regulatory needs evolve.
Requirements
- Hold theoretical ATPL(A) credit or demonstrate an equivalent aeronautical qualification and experience.
- Be able to teach several subjects within the ATPL theoretical syllabus.
- Be capable of teaching in both French and English.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at FCL.055 Level 4 or CEFR B2 or higher.
- Previous training or teaching experience is advantageous.
