Overview
Etihad Airways is recruiting an A320 First Officer for its Abu Dhabi flight operation. The position joins a growing airline fleet and offers a structured path toward command, supported by formal training and an established safety culture. The First Officer works as part of the flight deck team, assisting the Captain throughout preparation and operation while maintaining an independent awareness of navigation, terrain and weather. The published package combines salary, flying pay, housing and duty-related allowances, together with leave, travel and relocation benefits. Candidates may qualify through either of two experience pathways, but both require recent A320 flying, a sufficiently current type rating, an eligible licence and medical, and operational English proficiency.
