Overview

Flexjet is recruiting First Officers across multiple United States domiciles for domestic and international private-jet operations. The pilot works within a two-person crew to provide safe owner travel during assigned rotations and reports functionally to the aircraft commander. Duties include passenger service, briefings, crew coordination, medical fitness reporting and compliance with the company's operating manuals. Applicants must meet ATP eligibility standards, possess United States work and travel rights, and be able to report to their domicile within two hours. Three thousand hours is described as a competitive profile rather than a universal minimum, so it is not recorded as the role's mandatory total time.

Responsibilities

- Report functionally to the pilot in command on each flight.
- Complete assigned cockpit duties with strong crew coordination.
- Welcome passengers and assist with seating and baggage.
- Deliver passenger safety briefings and support emergency evacuation if needed.
- Follow the Crew Flight Manual and Flight Deck Handbook.
- Maintain the medical certification required by the company.
- Report any condition that could impair safe flight duties.

Requirements

  • Meet ATP minimums, including eligibility to take the practical test.
  • Hold a current First Class medical certificate.
  • Hold a valid passport and be able to obtain a CANPASS permit.
  • Have legal permission to work in the United States.
  • Be able to travel to every country and city served by Flexjet.
  • Live within, or relocate within, two hours of an assigned domicile.
  • A 3,000-hour total is competitive rather than mandatory.
  • Part 135, Part 91K or corporate-aircraft experience is desirable.
