Overview
flydubai is recruiting type-rated Boeing 737 First Officers for its Dubai-based operation. The second-in-command supports the captain throughout each flight and contributes to safe aircraft operation, preparation, fuel and loading oversight, crew coordination, and passenger welfare. Applicants must have recent Boeing 737 NG or EFIS qualification experience and a defined level of multi-pilot aeroplane and on-type flying. The role is suited to professional airline pilots who can communicate fluently in English, follow the operator's manuals, represent the carrier consistently, and work effectively within a demanding international network.
Responsibilities
- Serve as second-in-command and support the captain in safe flight operations.
- Assist with fuel, loading, servicing, and other operational preparation.
- Apply company manuals, procedures, and professional conduct standards.
- Support effective crew coordination and the welfare of customers on board.
- Represent the airline's brand throughout assigned duties.
Requirements
- Hold a high-school qualification or equivalent.
- Have a Boeing 737-300 through 900 NG or EFIS endorsement used within the preceding 24 months.
- Have at least 1,500 hours on multi-pilot aeroplanes.
- Have at least 500 hours on the Boeing 737.
- Communicate fluently in English.
