Overview
One Air is recruiting non-type-rated senior first officers and first officers for Boeing 747 cargo operations based at East Midlands. The first-officer route is aimed at pilots with recent Boeing experience on aircraft suitable for zero-flight-time training and the United Kingdom credentials needed for the programme. Candidates must hold current licence, medical, instrument, type, work-right, and travel documentation. The role offers entry to long-haul widebody freight flying, where disciplined standard operating procedures, multicrew coordination, operational resilience, and readiness for an international cargo schedule are fundamental.
Requirements
- Hold a UK CAA ATPL and a valid UK CAA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Hold valid type and instrument ratings with the required recency.
- First Officer applicants must have at least 1,500 hours on aircraft suitable for zero-flight-time training.
- First Officer applicants must have current Boeing type experience flown within the preceding 12 months.
- Have unrestricted rights to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted passport.
