Overview
Ryanair is recruiting a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor for its East Midlands Training Centre, home of the group's approved training organisation. This is an entirely non-flying position focused on high-quality classroom theory instruction for initial pilot courses as the airline expands its training capacity. The instructor develops course materials, administers technical queries and supervises examinations within a fast-paced training environment. Previous Boeing 737 or course-design experience is valued, while completed ATPL theory examinations are an advantage rather than a mandatory licence requirement.
