Overview
Talkeetna Air Taxi is seeking seasonal pilots for Alaska flying in Cessna 185, de Havilland Beaver, and turbine Otter aircraft. Candidates need a commercial pilot licence and at least 2,000 total flight hours, including 50 combined hours on the Cessna 185, DHC-2, and DHC-3ST. At least 500 hours of tailwheel experience is preferred. New pilots must attend ground school during the latter half of April and pass the company's required checkrides before entering line service. The position is designed for experienced pilots prepared for a seasonal training schedule and operations across a varied tailwheel fleet in Alaska.
