Overview

TAG Aviation is recruiting pilots for a Global 5500 operation based in Farnborough. The vacancy accepts both captain and first officer candidates and therefore publishes two different experience profiles. Captains need a higher total and command background, while first officers qualify at a lower total-time threshold; no single total or PIC minimum applies to everyone. The pilot is responsible for safe and efficient aircraft operation, high standards of customer service and professional interaction with clients and colleagues. Candidates need a current European airline transport licence, medical, unrestricted United Kingdom work rights and the judgement, teamwork and flexibility required for a round-the-clock business-aviation schedule.

Responsibilities

- Operate the Global 5500 safely and efficiently in the assigned crew position.
- Provide professional and attentive service to clients.
- Apply company policies, safety regulations and high professional standards.
- Use effective leadership, teamwork and operational decision making.
- Manage workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Support a flexible schedule within a continuous business-aviation operation.

Requirements

  • Captain pathway: at least 5,000 hours total and 2,500 PIC hours.
  • First officer pathway: at least 1,500 hours of total flight time.
  • Valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
  • Current Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and client-service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a flexible schedule.
