Overview
Vietravel Airlines is recruiting Airbus A320-family First Officers for Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and other operating airports as required. The pilot performs assigned line duties while maintaining high standards of operational safety, security and compliance with company and authority procedures. Applications are open through 31 December 2026 to Vietnamese and foreign candidates, with different A320-family experience thresholds for each group. Applicants need a current professional licence, Class 1 medical and operational English. The airline also values teamwork, situational awareness, decisiveness, clear communication, self-discipline and the ability to handle pressure. Candidates must submit the required employer materials and supporting records.

Requirements
- Hold a CPL or ATPL and a current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Vietnamese candidates need at least 300 hours on the A320 family.
- Foreign candidates need at least 1,500 hours on the A320 family.
- Vietnamese candidates below 500 A320-family hours must contact the named HR representative for details.
- Male applicants must be under 60 and female applicants under 55.
- Demonstrate teamwork, decisiveness, communication and situational awareness.
- Submit the completed company application form and supporting documents.
