Overview
Aery Aviation is recruiting a King Air 350 second in command for an overseas mission-oriented operation. The pilot supports safe aircraft operation, flight documentation and the identification and resolution of maintenance discrepancies while working to company, industry and United States Army standards. The assignment demands substantial general, command, instrument and turbine experience, current federal credentials, security eligibility and readiness for international deployment. The published profile also favors applicants with direct King Air 300/350 experience, Pro Line 21 familiarity and military or intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance backgrounds. The role is intended for pilots comfortable with demanding operational environments and formal programme requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support safe and effective King Air 350 flight operations.
- Identify maintenance discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrective action.
- Complete safety-of-flight documentation to company and programme standards.
- Maintain compliance with applicable industry and United States Army procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1,000 hours of total flight time.
- At least 500 hours as PIC, 100 multi-engine, 200 actual instrument and 200 turbine hours.
- At least 300 PIC hours on King Air 300/350 or a comparable turboprop platform.
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with airplane multi-engine land and instrument privileges.
- FAA Class 2 medical and an ATP certificate.
- United States citizenship, valid passport and driving licence.
- Active security clearance meeting the programme requirement.
- Minimum age of 21 and ability to complete programme medical and training standards.
- Bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience, or additional aviation experience as an accepted substitute.
- Pro Line 21 experience and recent qualification on the relevant aircraft family.
