Overview
Alerion's Opa-locka Hawker 800XP first officer supports Part 91 and Part 135 operations and assists the captain throughout assigned trips. The minimum logbook profile is 2,000 total hours, 500 PIC, 1,500 multi-engine, 100 multi-engine PIC, and 150 instrument. An ATP certificate, FAA First Class medical, passport, driving licence, U.S. work eligibility, and residence within two hours of OPF are required. Candidates must pass drug and security screening and show no recent accident, incident, or FAA enforcement history. Comparable Hawker experience is preferred, while fluent English, customer care, and dependable crew behaviour are part of the operating profile.
Responsibilities
- Assist the captain with flight preparation and safe aircraft operation.
- Carry out first-officer duties under Part 91 and Part 135 procedures.
- Maintain professional crew coordination and service standards.
Requirements
- Hold an airline transport pilot certificate.
- Maintain an FAA First Class medical certificate.
- Have at least 2,000 total hours and 500 PIC hours.
- Have 1,500 multi-engine hours, including 100 multi-engine PIC hours.
- Have at least 150 instrument hours.
- Hawker 800-series or comparable experience is preferred.
- Hold a passport and driving licence, and be authorised to work in the United States.
- Have no accidents, incidents, or FAA violations during the previous five years.
- Live within two hours of Opa-locka or be willing to relocate.
- Pass required drug, background, and security checks and communicate in English.
