Overview
BeOnd is recruiting an Airbus A320 captain to lead premium passenger flights. The captain plans and executes each journey safely, commands the aircraft through all phases of flight, coordinates closely with the first officer, maintains required records, and responds decisively to abnormal situations. The role combines technical command with leadership and a high standard of customer service. Applicants need an airline transport licence, extensive total and command experience, meaningful A320 time, fluent English, and the judgement to operate effectively under pressure in a multicultural team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute safe, comfortable passenger flights.
- Exercise command during ground, take-off, cruise, approach, and landing phases.
- Coordinate flight-deck activity with the first officer.
- Maintain flight records and comply with operating requirements.
- Manage emergencies and changing operational conditions.
- Maintain recurrent professional knowledge and skills.
- Represent the airline's premium service standard.
Requirements
- Hold a valid ATPL.
- Have at least 5,000 total flight hours.
- Have at least 1,500 command hours.
- Have at least 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family.
- Demonstrate fluent English.
- Show strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Remain effective under pressure and within a multicultural operation.
