Overview
Chantilly Air's Boca Raton Challenger 350 pilot in command has final authority over the aircraft, crew, passengers, and conduct of each Part 91 flight. Before departure, the captain checks airworthiness, documents, weather, fuel, performance, and weight and balance, then briefs and directs the SIC and cabin crew. Recordkeeping, SMS participation, currency, customer service, and trip administration continue beyond the cockpit. An ATP, FCC permit, FAA First Class medical, passport, U.S. work rights, English proficiency, and residence within two hours of Boca are required. The advertised 3,000 total, 2,000 PIC, and related multi-engine and turbine figures are preferences, not compulsory minima.
