Overview
DAS Private Jets is hiring an EMB-500 or EMB-505 captain for its Mengen-based business-aviation operation. The role covers preparation and execution of private flights, coordination with the operational team, cockpit cooperation and professional customer interaction. The commander is expected to make sound decisions while delivering a safe and polished service. Applicants need substantial total and multi-engine jet experience, an airline transport qualification and current medical fitness. A Phenom type rating is welcomed, while candidates without it may still be considered if willing to complete the qualification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct assigned business-aviation flights.
- Coordinate flight activity with crew and operational colleagues.
- Work effectively with the cockpit team.
- Make sound command decisions and support customer service.
Requirements
- Hold an ATPL or a CPL with frozen ATPL theory credits.
- Hold a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Have at least 1,500 hours of total flight time.
- Have at least 1,000 hours on multi-engine jet aircraft.
- Hold an EMB-500 or EMB-505 rating, or be willing to obtain it.
- TRI or TRE qualifications are advantageous.
- Hold an unrestricted passport.
- Be authorised to live and work in Germany.
- Hold a driving licence.
- Communicate in German and English at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
