Overview
Emerald Airlines is recruiting direct-entry captains for its ATR 72-600 operation in Belfast. This permanent position is intended for experienced commercial air transport pilots with substantial time on large multicrew aircraft and a current United Kingdom airline transport qualification. An existing ATR rating is advantageous, and prior training credentials can also strengthen an application. The role offers command responsibility within a regional airline environment where reliable decision-making, crew leadership, procedural discipline, and consistent operational standards are central to safe and punctual network flying.
Requirements
- Hold a current UK CAA ATPL and a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Have at least 2,000 hours of total flight time.
- Have at least 1,000 hours in commercial air transport on multicrew aircraft above 5,700 kilograms.
- Have unrestricted rights to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- An ATR type rating is advantageous.
- A flight training qualification is advantageous.
