Overview

Envoy's professional simulator instructor delivers Part 121 initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent training in Dallas-Fort Worth. Teaching covers integrated procedures and advanced simulator periods under the carrier's Advanced Qualification Program, with lesson-plan use, trainee evaluation, formal reporting, and instructor standardisation built into the assignment. The non-line role may require 20 to 30 percent travel and rotating shifts. Applicants must be at least 21, hold a current ATP, and bring a full year of turbojet experience as PIC or SIC. A bachelor's degree or accepted education-and-experience combination is needed; E175 knowledge and prior instruction strengthen the application.

Responsibilities

- Deliver integrated-procedures and advanced simulator instruction.
- Teach initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent Part 121 curricula.
- Apply AQP standards and maintain instructor standardisation.
- Use lesson plans, evaluate trainees, and complete performance reports.
- Support non-flying programme work and travel when assigned.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Hold a current airline transport pilot licence.
  • Have at least one year of PIC or SIC turbojet experience.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or an accepted combination of education and related experience.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate organisation and teamwork.
  • Accept rotating shifts and travel of approximately 20 to 30 percent.
  • Be authorised to work in the United States and communicate in English.
  • E175 and previous instructional experience are preferred.
