Overview

Envoy is accepting pilot applications for its Embraer 170 and 175 regional operation. New first officers join a structured training programme and can progress through a seniority-based career path toward command and, under the published agreement, onward movement within the wider airline group. The entry standard follows FAA airline-transport rules and includes several reduced-hour routes for qualifying university and military pilots. Applicants also need current medical fitness, instrument recency, multi-engine and cross-country experience, travel and work eligibility, and the required radio authorisation.

Requirements

  • Hold an FAA commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
  • Hold a current FAA First Class medical certificate and maintain IFR currency.
  • Meet one applicable total-time route: 1,500 standard, 1,250 or 1,000 through qualifying university study, or 750 through qualifying military training.
  • Have 50 multi-engine fixed-wing hours, potentially reducible to 25 under the published standard.
  • Have 200 cross-country hours, including 100 as PIC.
  • Have 250 fixed-wing PIC hours, 100 night hours, 25 night PIC hours, and 75 instrument hours.
  • Be at least 21 and complete the ATP written examination.
  • Hold the required FCC licence.
  • Be able to work in, travel to and from, and relocate within the United States.
