Overview
Flyschool is seeking flight instructors for its training bases at Madrid Cuatro Vientos and Son Bonet. Instructors join an approved training environment focused on developing professional pilots and supporting students through practical flight training. The position suits educators who bring previous instructional experience, responsibility within an aviation training organisation, or a background in training leadership and management. Candidates should be ready to work from one of the two Spanish bases, contribute reliably to the school's instructional programme, and help student pilots progress through structured training with professional standards and consistent guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide flight instruction to students at an assigned training base.
- Support professional pilot development within the school's training environment.
Requirements
- Bring flight-instruction experience or experience carrying responsibility within an ATO.
- Prior education, training, or instructional-leadership experience is valued.
- Be available to work from Madrid Cuatro Vientos or Son Bonet.
