Overview
Professional Aviation is recruiting flight instructors to provide aircraft and ground training within its European approved-training environment. Instructors mentor students, monitor progress, follow operating and safety procedures, contribute to instructor meetings, and support the organisation's safety-management system. Applicants need a European commercial or airline transport licence, current medical fitness, unrestricted airplane instructor privileges, operational English, and permission to work in the European Union. Prior instructional delivery is required through a minimum dual-given threshold, while instrument or class-rating instructor privileges are considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Deliver flight and ground instruction to assigned students.
- Mentor trainees and support their professional development.
- Maintain compliance with training, operating, and safety procedures.
- Participate in instructor meetings and standardisation activity.
- Contribute to the organisation's safety-management system.
Requirements
- Hold an EASA CPL or ATPL.
- Hold a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Hold an unrestricted FI(A) certificate.
- Have more than 200 hours of flight-instruction experience.
- Demonstrate ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Have permission to work in the European Union.
- Show strong communication, mentoring, and safety awareness.
- IRI or CRI privileges are advantageous.
