Overview
GreyBird Pilot Academy is hiring a full-time Flight Instructor for a split-base arrangement between Aarhus in Denmark and Córdoba in Spain. Instructors reside permanently near either base and rotate evenly between the two countries, with accommodation supplied while away from their home location. Most teaching takes place in aircraft, supplemented by classroom and simulator instruction when needed. The role supports commercial pilot students and requires professional European licensing, an instructor certificate and the ability to deliver structured, high-quality training. The package includes predictable scheduling, onboarding, pension and private healthcare, with pay linked to qualification and seniority.
Responsibilities
- Provide most instruction in the aircraft.
- Teach in classrooms or simulators when required.
- Help students meet the academy's expected training quality.
- Deliver education constructively and professionally.
- Work on the published rotation between Aarhus and Córdoba.
Requirements
- Hold an EASA ATPL or CPL.
- Hold a flight-instructor certificate.
- Have strong technical and academic knowledge.
- Work in a structured manner with high quality awareness.
- Have experience working with people.
- Demonstrate a cooperative and welcoming attitude.
- Have basic information-technology skills.
- Reside near either Aarhus Airport or Córdoba Airport.
