Riyadh Air is recruiting an Airbus A321 flight simulator instructor in Riyadh. The position delivers structured simulator training, assesses pilot performance, and contributes to course improvement and regulatory compliance as the airline develops its narrowbody training capability. Candidates must bring substantial airline instructional experience through one of two accepted simulator or aircraft-instruction routes, together with extensive commercial-airline command time. The role calls for an experienced training professional able to build pilot competence, maintain consistent evaluation standards, support safety objectives, and work closely with training leadership in a growing airline environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured Airbus A321 simulator instruction.
- Evaluate pilot performance and provide clear developmental feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum review and continuous improvement of training programmes.
- Maintain training activity in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support pilot competence, standardisation, and operational safety.
Requirements
- Have either 1,000 hours as a simulator instructor in airline operations or 1,000 instructional hours on the relevant aircraft.
- Have at least 2,500 PIC hours in commercial airline operations.
