Overview
SAS is recruiting experienced First Officers for its E195 and A320 fleets in Kastrup. The role offers a long-term cockpit career within a structured learning and safety environment, with possible development into mixed-fleet, long-haul, instructional or leadership assignments as experience grows. Selection assesses the complete SAS pilot profile rather than technical flying alone. Successful employment remains subject to licence validation, security screening, employment checks and drug and alcohol testing, while fleet and base assignments depend on operational needs.
