They also attend monthly instructor meetings, complete an annual club checkout, maintain the online schedule, and pursue continuing professional development. Applicants submit pilot and instructor credentials, medical evidence, flight times, references, and personal objectives before interviews, background checks, and a paid standardisation checkout. No numeric flight-hour threshold is published.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality flight instruction under the approved syllabus.
- Maintain proficiency in every aircraft used for instruction.
- Follow federal regulations and company policies.
- Continue developing aeronautical knowledge and flying skills.
- Arrive on time and fully prepared for each lesson.
- Provide prompt, professional customer communication.
- Attend monthly instructor meetings and complete the annual checkout.
- Use the club's online schedule and operating standards correctly.

Requirements

  • Submit a résumé and cover letter.
  • Provide current flight times and copies of pilot and instructor certificates.
  • Provide the most recent medical certificate, personal objectives, and two references.
  • Pass complete background checks.
  • Complete interviews with flight leadership and an owner representative.
  • Complete the required standardisation checkout at the applicant's expense.
  • Demonstrate professional communication, punctuality, safety awareness, and strong interpersonal fit.
