Overview
Bombardier is seeking a Global-series customer liaison pilot in Dorval. This is a technical and operational interface role rather than a conventional line-pilot assignment. The pilot serves as a principal contact for aircraft operators, represents flight operations on fleet matters, supports customer and internal technical teams, and participates in operational or functionality flights when required. The position also contributes to projects, advisory groups and customer presentations. Applicants need current airline transport credentials from both Canadian and United States authorities, a current medical, significant multi-crew experience and direct familiarity with the Global platform, together with the communication skills required for high-level customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal operational contact for Global-series aircraft operators.
- Represent flight operations on technical and fleet-standard matters.
- Provide operational support to customers and internal technical teams.
- Participate in operational and aircraft-functionality flights when assigned.
- Contribute to technical projects, operator advisory groups and presentations.
- Communicate fleet concerns and coordinate practical resolution with relevant specialists.
Requirements
- Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate.
- Current Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
- At least 2,500 hours of multi-crew flight experience.
- Current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Operational experience on the Bombardier Global platform.
- Previous corporate or airline pilot experience.
- Valid passport and ability to satisfy required security screening.
- Strong customer-facing communication and technical liaison capability.
