Overview
Carson Air maintains an evergreen talent pool for future YYC Metro first-officer openings in Calgary rather than promising an immediate vacancy. Candidates whose experience matches upcoming needs may be contacted as positions arise. Selected pilots fly in the Western Canadian cargo network and can build multi-engine turbine, IFR, two-crew, mountain, and hands-on flying experience. The normal Calgary pattern runs Monday through Friday, typically with two or three flying days per week and a daily return to base. The first officer helps the captain complete assignments safely, efficiently, and punctually under regulatory, customer, and company requirements. A training bond applies without a current SW4 rating.
