Overview
FTEJerez is accepting applications for full-time flying instructors at its airline pilot training college in southern Spain. The position delivers practical instruction while offering a structured career path within the training organisation and potential future progression toward partner airlines. Candidates must hold current European commercial pilot, instrument and instructor credentials, along with a Class 1 medical and substantial command and instructional experience. The employer also sets a high English-language threshold for instructors whose first language is not English and identifies additional instrument-instructor experience as desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver flight instruction to trainee airline pilots within the approved training organisation.
- Support students' development toward professional airline standards.
Requirements
- Hold a current EASA Commercial Pilot Licence.
- Hold valid instrument and flight-instructor ratings.
- Hold a Class 1 medical certificate.
- Have at least 500 PIC hours in aeroplanes.
- Include at least 200 hours of flight instruction.
- If not a native English speaker, hold ICAO English level 5 or 6.
- An IRI rating and approximately 200 IFR hours are preferred.
